Dispatch Status - time by Status

Want to know how long a Dispatch has been in a particular Status? There's a very easy way to do that. 

From the Main Dispatch Classic view screen, find the Dispatch for which you want times by Status. 

Click on the Status for that Dispatch 

You will now see the amount of time this Dispatch has been in each Status since it was created. 

Alternatively, you may also reference status times for dispatches in the status column of the dispatch history report.
